I love this terrain. It is the closest thing to how I imagine an underhive from Necromunda.
I played several 40K games on a non-GW terrain with a lot of clutter and unusual constructions, and it was a blast.
Talking about 40K, it is sucking all of my free time (and funds). I have not played any AoS, SWA or Skirmish in weeks, all 40K. If I'm not playing, I'm painting, and if I'm not painting I'm agonizing over the load-outs.
I still find it more accessible than AoS. Maybe this is my personal taste, maybe it is because the meta is still not really developed and there's a lot more room for experimentation. The matches are way more thrilling than any game of AoS. There's a lot of maneuvering and jockeying for position, it is just more dynamic than AoS (where sometimes I feel like the whole battle is decided by what units your bring in and their initial placement). I'd love to write more about it, but don't know where to start.
