I'm not sure. The Hobbit stuff is handled through Forge World. The web exclusive stuff is apparently available in distribution to some folks- Ministomp can get it, but my FLGS can not for example.
That's not much though- if they do stock those things, they probably won't be in great quantity. The Goblin Town set is awesome though, I managed to get one for $65 on BGG. Would still be be worth 15% off retail.
Really sucks they don't have plain old army boxes and such for the Hobbit stuff like they used to.
