$105 gets you a place to sleep, food and beverage for the entire stretch. Fair warning -- Sunday the 8th is Mother's Day, and I personally plan to be there Thursday through Saturday. If you're interested send me your email address and we'll get you plugged in with the appropriate people to get you on the list. This is a first come first served, so get while the getting is good.
Snapshots of the new place will follow soon.

T-shirts and pants are optional at Sags beach gaming events.

I can't get images to embed here, so I'll download photos and attach tomorrow. Very swanky place this time.
This has been a stellar event in past years. Great gaming, great bunch of guys. Evening games have been the monsters I never get to play anywhere else.

We've had a great place the last few years, but the lighting was a bit dark in the evening, which is when the epic games come out. So we were looking for someplace a little bigger, and a little brighter. I made a list of the games I played last year:
Dune
Nuclear War
Android
Acquire
I, Spy
War of the Ring
Berlin Airlift (with the designer, still in development)
Amateurs to Arms!
Napoleon's Triumph
The Bucket King
Thunder Alley
Crokinole
El Grande
Plus! the Saturday Midnight Massive-Multiplayer Extravaganza -- Star Trek: The Next Generation – Interactive VCR Board Game – A Klingon Challenge.
These once-a-year weekends give me the opportunity to play big games, with people I enjoy, without worrying about running out of time or hurrying an ending. For $105 you get three evenings for Big plays (Starcraft, Civilization, Android) plus all-day gaming from the time you roll out of bed. Some people take an afternoon to get away by going to the beach or the boardwalk, but I usually just keep on rolling with the gaming. One hell of a deal for the price, and this year's location is even closer to the beach and plenty plush.

The place we've been at for the last few years had more than enough tables, and fold-ups in the garage if we needed them. I may bring a couple of my own to the new place just in case. I'll get them onto the floor of the van before we load the food on top.

Two Star Wars quotes come to mind:

Your preferred airports of arrival would be Philadelphia or Baltimore. Transportation to and from Baltimore would be easier since most people attending live nearby, and you can reach Baltimore airport via train from JFK or Laguardia.
You should come. It would give you an opportunity to meet Gary Sax.
