What's your favorite single card from any board game?

I'm borrowing this topic from r/boardgames because once about every 4 or 5 months that place actually produces a topic or two of genuine interest. A lot of people were naming cards from more popular games of the moment (Terraforming Mars, etc.) but the one that I knew will always be with me is from a card game because I used it from almost the moment it was released and every time it was in Standard until I stopped playing in 2001:

I don't have a photo but it's from Spartacus by Gale Force 9. I think it came in one of the expansions, and it was called Accept Deeper Ramming . It was to be played right after someone got screwed over, if memory recalls. It was always hilarious.
