I built the MK II Titans, which was a fun build. Compared to the other RGs it has a ton of decals, but the color separation and the overall look are awesome. I think the only difference besides color between Titans and AEUG is that Titans has one extra gun.
My favorite RG to build so far was the Sinanju because it has vastly different proportions and the candy gloss armor is a unique look.

I get the separate decal packs. Bandai if available or third party if not. RG stickers are better (thinner) than the MG ones, but they still stand out a bit on dark colors. The AEUG might do fine with the stickers, but they will probably have a noticeable line on the Titans version.

I finished up my first kit yesterday, wihich ended up being a Ground Type from MS08th Team. I loved doing it! It’s oddly calming with a very satisfying payoff. Only thing I would have done differently on this particular kit is to skip the stickers around the vents and just paint them instead. I did panel lining using Gundam markers and an eraser and did a flat coat over it.

I’m using the Taiyo markers (grey, Brown and some black on this one), Tamiya flat coat, and just a standard white rubber eraser.
I did paint a few things, like the area under the neck, the insides of the boosters in the backpack and the handle bit on the top of the shield. Just used some Testors Model Masters enamels I had kicking around from my days of building Star Trek ships.

Basically every sticker that is meant to be a solid color part should be painted. The only way you can really get away with it is if the surface is nearly flat so the sticker has no natural bend that will wreck the look.

I just realized that along with Gundam Origin, they released several HG kits related to that OVA. They're HG, but really good quality, and with quite a bit of stickers. The new Zaku II C is really, really good. I'm sooooo tempted.
