That's why I decided to go with Kharadron. They were the most scientifically sound of the Age of Sigmar armies.

Also, I thought I read somewhere that the Mistweaver's generate a mist that allowed the creatures to swim is exactly how it works.

I actually love them. Sea creatures are very different structurally, unlike land beasts. Their styling is at the same time strange and awesome. I totally get them being the familiar elves, and I like that fact, familiar and new.

Now we have dwarves on the sky and elves on the sea. Can't wait to see what else they'll come up with!

Maybe albino hunchbacks who spend most of their time painting tiny statues.

You guys see the new starter set for second edition coming out on the 30th? So glad undead is finally getting some love and this is a good chance to expand my small Stormcast Eternal force that's mostly just the first starter set.

They haven't released a price yet but this one looks about the same amount of contents as the $160 starter for 40k last year. I assume that they'll eventually release a $80 and $40 versions down the line.

Either way, I'll probably hold off on the starter and just get the new General's Handbook that comes out the same day. Get a couple games under my belt, maybe see if someone wants to split the starter for the undead.

My main opponent and I are both eagerly awaiting the new stuff. Although we are both interested in the Nighthaunt, so hopefully we can expand our number of opponents before then. The Nighthaunt are a pretty solid counter to my Kharadron (ignore rend, deal mortal wounds) that is focused on melee so would be a nice shift.

A lot of the revealed rule changes look like they are for the best (even though my no-magic, range-heavy force gets hit pretty hard by them). I'm very excited to see everything new. Now... if only they can get Destruction a real update.

So excited. The Nighthaunt stuff just looks incredible. The freaking new paints look incredible. Not really stoked about the inevitable $150 Black Coach...but god damn, that model...

Stormcast stuff looks good- I think they’ve really hit a stride. I’ve been really digging the Vanguard chamber, so much that I don’t really play with much of the original Stormcast stuff these days. Love their ballista.

The spell stuff is nuts. What a fun idea.

Oh- starter is 100% push fit. CrAzY!

Nighthaunts dude. Skeletons are still in their old 7th edition plastic.

They did some amazing skeletons for Shadespire though.

With what has been revealed, I'm thinking I might be picking up almost everything: Soul Wars, Malign Sorcery, GH 2018, push-fit Nighthaunt, objectives, paints, and maybe the dice.

I'll want almost all of this -- my weakness is Death. Where do you see the Black Coach? Fucking GW hitting me in my underbelly and stealing all my money.

time to sell some dual lands.

AFAIK there are only two skeletons in the Age of Sigmar. They are both controlled by the necromancer, who is available in hero card expansion to Warhammer Quest: Silver Tower.

The Legions of Nagash added most of the legacy Death kits, including skeletons, to Age of Sigmar. Even if you ignore that, there is still the Sepulchral Guard (from Shadespire) that are all skeletons.

Where do you see the Black Coach?

Look upon it and despair. I’m guessing $150.
