Netrunner - What Lies Ahead Anywhere? was created by Nick Dalton
I played Netrunner recently and really dug it. I've been trying to locate a copy of What Lies Ahead without any luck. Any of you know where I might get one?
Thanks.
Thanks.

It's awaiting a reprint. Most of the major e-tailers are out of stock, and FFG is too. People are hoovering up A:NR at an astonishing pace, so I would expect it to be restocked fairly soon. Then again, it isn't on FFG's "Upcoming" page at all.

It's due back in at FFG during the last 2 weeks of February. So says my sales rep at FFG.
So you should see them in stores probably right around the end of Feb, 1st week of March, I'd say.
The reprint on Trace Amount is coming at the same time, by the way.

I think this is evidence of both the financial appeal of the LCG model as well as the overall strategy of FFG. LCGs ( when compared to traditional boxed board games, not Magic ) have a relatively low cost, component production is straightforward ( no molds, etc ) and quicker to turn around . They print the initial run and err on the conservative side.
The time it takes to sell out gives them a good idea of what more long term demand looks like and they can plan accordingly. For every nerd that rages about games being out of print, there is some accountant out in Roseville that looks at fast turnover of inventory and smiles. Have they lost sales ? Perhaps. But many of the people bitching about them being out of stock will still end up buying it.
