It's Georgia time...for a long time

So, I'm in Augusta for the next 6 months. The pay is good, and I'm living in a hotel on base instead of barracks, but the internet is slow and the food is terrible. There's no Chipotle for 100 miles, and the only board game anyone in my class has heard of is Chutes & Ladders. I asked people what they were planning to do for entertainment here, and most said, "oh, you know, do a lot of studying."

What kind of shit is this? Which army am I part of, anyway?

Anyway, any chance this Yankee could get a game on down here? I know we have some Southern locals on here...

An army without gamers? What the shit? I'm glad my time in wasn't like that, but there wasn't much in the way of studying in the Cav. LOL

Plenty of video gamers, mind you - just none of the tabletop variety. This is the Signal Corps, after all...

I used to work with 5th Signal on their frequency assignment software. Some serious digit heads -- I'll bet you can get a game up.
