This is a BIG vacation house with a 16 foot table in the dining room and half a dozen other rooms well suited to gaming, sleeps about 20. Contact me via PM if you're interested and I'll forward you the nitty gritties. We used the place last year and frikkin' loved it, a great venue for a bigger crowd.
AND . . . it will be my 50th birthday so with any luck there will be some festivities.

Alright, some additional details. This is the place: See the details here.
Six bedrooms, four bathrooms. The place has beds to sleep 23 and plenty of other space to crash in case Loter invites the staff of Taco Bell to stay over with us. Basement with Foose and a Pool table, poker table. Dining room table seats 18 and we had three big games running on it simultaneously without getting in each others' way last year.
It's already rented, so this is happening. Since it's off-season we get the place for $900 and that's split by all that attend. We have eight already (prior to getting word out beyond our local group) so top cost is $100 for the entire gig. Arrival is after 2 on Friday, we're out by 10 on Monday. No hotel costs, no rental cars. Last year we cooked meals in the house most of the time (and that will always be an option for someone looking to save some bucks) but went out a few times for meals.
Straight up -- we played late as hell last year and just rolled into bed afterwards. I had my name on my cup so I could just pick up where I left off when I got up in the morning.
Ocean City is just down the road.
We'll need at least 15 minutes notice prior to the event. No exceptions.

She'll be gone for three months; what's one more weekend?

jgriff wrote: I've gotten three games of Quebec in the last couple of weeks and looking for more. It even sports my new Artscow movement cards. Pimpin' a 40 year old game seems appropriate for the Sag Age-Festival.
All the more reason to leave at 3am Monday morning with a fine selection of other people's games under a blanket in the back.
I stumbled across this game in the forums a couple of years back and saw some pretty solid, pretty consistent endorsements for it. Not a lot of 40yo games pulling that kind of feedback, especially on BGG which doesn't favor this sort of title. I've been looking to pick it up used but my group rarely plays 2-player games and ain't exactly built for solo play, so it's going to be a shelf-toad from day one. Getting a chance to try it out would be great.
