What are you waiting to go ON CLEARANCE in a year?

Yeah, I think GF9 just have big print runs so clearance is inevitable even if they're pretty popular. Makes sense with the size of the licenses.

I'd probably snag Doom on the cheap.

KLASK is totally worth the price on Target shelves. Don't deny yourself the pleasure*!
*Unless you don't have a level playing top surface.

I too, am awaiting a clearance for MoM 2nd edition. Or at least I was until I played the first adventure and had a month to ponder.
I don't like it. I don't like the 1st edition. Which sucks. Both versions should should have been everything I wanted in a CoC RPG turned board game. But they are not.
I may still change my mind, but at this point - I don't know if you could give me a copy for free. It's not like I can repurpose the monsters for anything - those minis are horrible. The investigators are tiles are awesome, I'll give FFG that praise.

What CMON title will be out, and slashed in 12 months? Oh! The Darkness game I kickstarted. Yeah. That'll drop.

I wish GF9 would mass produce those Spartacus play mats. I would buy one of those on clearance.

Relatedly I did get one of their 6'x3' Armada mats on clearance. I thoght MoM 2nd edition had been for sale for around $55 already? That seems like a low price, almost clearance level.

JEM wrote: Firefly was $18 on Amazon earlier this year. On that note, I expect every Gale Force Nine game to go on fire sale at some point, so Star Trek: Ascendancy and the new Doctor Who game are on my watch list.

Given how many expansions are supposedly in the pipeline for ST:A I suspect it might be awhile.

Other GF9 games have been on big sale even while expansions were being released.

I already got Homeland for less than $20 and could've gotten Sons of Anarchy for as little as $12 via Prime.

I totally agree about Klask. A bargain even at full price.

Star Wars Destiny (not gonna happen).
Armada minis (good chance).
Arkham Horror LCG. Worried that this one is a little farty but would love to check it out - for cheap. Don't think this will be discounted for several waves.

Very cool expansion that goes in the opposite direction of Power Creep. Play one of these armies if you want to further challenge yourself or handicap yourself against a newer player. Love it.

Star Trek Ascendancy and Seafall are both on clearance at my store. So is that magic arena of the planeswalkers.

People seemed to like STA around here, but it's not doing so hot.

I keep waiting for Eclipse: Ship Pack One to go on clearance. It's still too expensive for how much affect it has on the game for my tastes.

I'm wondering if the recent release of the expansions will help. Probably not much, but maybe.

I recently bought it for a screaming hot deal myself, played it and decided I would probably rather play my copies of Eclipse or Twilight Imperium, so sold it to a friend for about what I paid for it. It felt a little too "generic space 4X" instead of really feeling like Trek for me. Surprising, coming from GF9.

From what I understand, STA has sold extremely well. It was their best selling convention game at its debut, taking out Firefly.
