Conflict of Heroes Rules Update

I know that plenty of you are allergic to TOS, so I wanted to make sure the CoH fans here didn't miss this. The rules have recently been updated. There was some significant re-writing by Uwe and I to make the rules easier to understand, incorporate all known errata, and implement some rule changes.

NOTE: Uwe posted these as still in progress. There might be a few more changes in the coming weeks. I would go ahead and download them, but you might want to hold off on printing.
