Comes out to about .15 cents a house, which seems REALLY high, especially for a bulk lot like that. I wonder why he doesn't just sell them off in sets, he could probably make more that way.

Assuming it just multiplies...It would be 131*250 = 32,750

I don't think the property card goes up that high anyway.

Rent of 68 million would assume that the increase in rent decreases less for each additional house/hotel (which is the case), but it is a percent increase (calculated exponentially). A hotel on med ave means rent is $250. If 2 hotels increased it to $300, and the rate of increase stayed constant (at %120), then rent would be about $5,897,707,652,519 for 131 hotels. If the rate of increased was a constant $50 for each hotel, it would only be $6750 rent.

EDIT: Mikoyan's answer is a more likely scenario for what it would actually cost.

I don't know why everyone dogs on Mediterranean Avenue for....It's always a nice property to own the Hotel on....especially as people are relying on passing go for their income.....
