Quozl, you can just apply for an Enhanced Driver's Liscense in WA. That will get you in and out of the hostile and scary neighboring country of KANADA. I can't figure out if it costs $15 or $75 though.

We got Gamestorm here in Portland/Vancouver at the end of March.

On second thought, we have a vacation planned in January, so I'm out.

Fuck that rule, I've met with JonJacob, Matt Loter and Mikecl in person and they still have all their digits intact (their spouses can attest to that).

I'm finalizing the date in the next few days so there should be plenty of time to organize a trip down.

I responded with a "maybe" on Facebook but it's probably a definite (just switched it to "going"). I'll try to grab some friends for this as well so I should be able to get a bunch of folks out if everything goes well. I have indeed been offline for sometime and was living in the "bush" as we call it in Canada. Literally no internet except through my phone on the brief trips to the nearest village.

But I'm back on line again... however briefly, and love that Doc beat me to the punch on this. I've been wanting to set one of these things up for years and Doc just went ahead and did it. That's initiative... nice rolling dude. I'll send out invites to all my friends who are not net savvy (or at least prefer anonymity).

I hope to have that new Rampage game in my hands by then.

BTW... what the hell is 531 Marine Drive? A house, a hall... what? I might be able to help get a studio or something if you need a bigger place. Let's talk through PM and I'll try to help if I can.
