Punisher: War Zone.
This is perhaps one of the most unbelievable bits of dreck I've ever subjected myself to... I really should just stick to news and european sports broadcasts when I can't get to sleep until well after 0dark30....

I loved the Garth Ennis comic books, and had been eyeing this DVD in the bargain bins (where it belongs, by the sound of it).

I thought the first one with Thomas Jane was pretty good. I don't know what the fuck they were thinking changing EVERYTHING. They could have just sequeled it. Christ, do you know how cool a Punisher vs. Wolverine movie would have been?

This wasn't the worst movie I've seen, but it was bad. I did like that part where he threw the guy onto the wrought-iron fence and then jump down using his skull to break his landing. Brutal.

MK:A isn't the worst movie ever, though. That title goes, without reservation, to Leonard Part 6. That, or Howard the Duck.

I dunno. I kind of liked it. I came into watching it with "zero" expectations, and found it to be more enjoyable than I thought. It is SUPER-ASS VIOLENT. But it was a fun ride(Punisher that is, not the D'WTF'D movie)

The worst movie I've seen recently was Kick Ass. That one had some pretty disturbing issues and seemed to want to be two things at once that just completely clashed with each other.

You can dislike Kick Ass, but it's not in the same league as the other movies being discussed.
War Zone did have quite a few 'overkills', which I'm fond of. For those that don't know, an overkill is a second or third kill over the first on the same target. Like, in Marked for Dead when Seagal cuts off (SPOILER) Screwface 1's head and kicks his body down the elevator shaft.
