No written comments in any public forum including video and audio media mentioning any of the above gentlemen will be made henceforth. This includes any nicknames that also refer to these gentlemen which include but are not limited to

Enforcement of this Decalaration will be by the gaming community at large for if a reference to these gentlemen is made by me I will pay a penalty by sending a game from my collection free of charge to the whistleblower.
