I've been accused of trolling and derailing the Trashdome thread with this response:

I thought bantering about the games in question was allowed...I certainly didn't intend it as trolling, though I know as well as anybody that intent doesn't always match result.
So I throw myself to the mercy of the AT mob. Was I out of line? I don't imagine it was against any site rules, but are there norms for the Trashdome thread that I wasn't aware that I was violating? Want to make sure I'm being a good citizen and all.

southernman's post looks like a parody of something you'd see on THE BGG to me. but i could be wrong. disappointed if i am.
in a thread about two games, if you decide that one game is not worthy of being orally pleasured by your good self, then why not post that. i'd have done the same.

I'm sure it was a joke. The "BGG Admins are inconsistent and just ban whoever doesn't like the games everyone else does" stuff is pretty much a running gag by this point.

There are norms of behavior in a place called TRASHDOME?

Your only error is worrying about your choice of words. If anyone takes offense to something you wrote it is best to respond with lewd suggestions about their mother.
Example
Member A: I find your comment unacceptable good sir.
Member B: And perhaps I find your lady mother to be less than faithfult to her marriage vows.

Member B: Cur!
