Per Jim Bailey, this guy bought all the rights and existing stock. You can purchase the game and expansions at the webstore until that stock runs out. This one has been hard to find for a long time so wanted to get word out.

Replied by sornars on topic Incursion is somehow back!
Thanks for the heads up! I just had the whole thing in my cart when I remembered why I never went in on the second edition Kickstarter in the first place; my first edition with the standees is in my parent’s basement and is probably my preferred version (sans miniatures). The game is very solid and I am glad to see it live again although it’s unfortunate that it seems to live without involvement of the original creators.

The story of Grindhouse Games makes me think of Ameritrash Games (of Camp Grizzly fame).

I have the first edition too and am happier with it. Loved the game the couple of times I played it, need to find a new opponent.

My KS edition was neat, but a tremendous shelf toad. I sold it on ebay for a nice sum.

I was a 2E KS backer and also sold it for a nice return years ago. KS minis games are like that, there's a bell-curve for selling them before people lose all interest and move on to the next "new hotness" minis game. At one point you could find the entire Buckets Of Blood KS fairly cheaply (~$100) as recently as last year.

Not to mention the 2E minis were fairly forgettable. It felt like Jim may have been duped by bad Chinese production, because the minis were glossy, formless, and soft plastic. The 1E standees are not only more cost-effective they are also more pleasant to look at.

Good to be back, but I will stick with my 1st Edition version. It did all I needed the game to do, without costing far too much.

I'll tell you what -- this thread reads like one hell of a business decision post mortem.

I think if this goes back on Kickstarter it'll sell like every other minis game. Lots of good reviews already out there for it.
