The Marvel set is a pretty decent expansion and a totally shit stand alone. It really highlights all the worst aspects of the game if you play it by itself. It's such a shame too because the license probably got a lot of new people to check out the system but then turned them off.

It's actually pretty perfect for young kids (like under 10). Small board, very limited number of dudes, no army drafting, just two dudes against two dudes.

This is a quandary worthy of a lengthy discussion on T.O.S. Perhaps even a poll.

(Buy more terrain, send games you need to get rid of to me...)

EDIT- Put it this way: I'd gladly buy six Swarm of the Marro and two Raknar's Vision should you spot them in your local store and be willing to ship them to England.

Adrian old chap - Heroscape, Buffy, Die Schlact Dinosaur, Star Wars: The Queen's Gambit, Fortress America - we'll have to get some extra players and get a game day going ... it's bloody terrible having a recently punched Buffy game unplayed.

Ok I can buy that. But fuck it for people over 10 then.

Have you tried convincing fellonmyhead to morph into gotoffmyass?

I don't suppose by "punched" you mean posted to Didcot?
(Yes, I'm bitter dammit, I bought the UK version before I knew it was different. Hmm maybe if I bring it along and swap them you'll never notice...)
