What I was trying to show in the "Bad Art" commentary section:

How to illustrate like Rodgers:

1) Find a Dover clip art book
2) Scan
3) take into illustrator
4) Use Live Trace
5) add colour
6) use in any project related to the picture's theme (Civil War, Ancient etc)
7) rinse and repeat

I did this in 15 minutes.
