Huh, WOTC management has got to be sweating bullets right now.

Who else has enough employees to worry about this. Chaosium? FFG?

I can’t imagine Paizo will survive this. They are already a bit player since 5e stole 99% of Pathfinder’s thunder. Extra overhead of dealing with a union probably convinces management to throw in the towel.

A company like this basing itself in Redmond is begging to go out of business, union or not. Sounds like they should treat their employees with a little more dignity. The grievances in the article seem to be about conditions, not salaries.

Quite interesting to see *freelancers,* the most vulnerable and numerous staff in the games industry as far as I can tell, acting on behalf of normal staff to pressure the company.
