Dave D, Skabarron, Sag, Dogmatic, Flimflam, etc. is anyone from the Virgina, Maryland, PA, NJ, NY, DC coming to rescue me from GMing Caylus?

Euroquest
November, 12 - 15, 2009
Holiday Inn (formerly Days Hotel)
9615 Deereco Road
Timonium, Maryland 21090

Games I'm excited to play at Euroquest:
1. Starcraft Broadwar. I haven't played Starcraft in almost year and I've never played Broadwar
2. BSG - Pegasus. Always fun at the cons
3. Ti3 (or Dune) - Hopefully Malloc can set up a game
4. A Wargame or 2 - Espana 1936, Warriors of God, Hold the Line, Space Hulk, WotR
5. Middle Earth Quest
6. Drunken late night game of Cutthroat Caverns or something else easy but nasty

I am very interested in attending. I'm tight on vacation time, but have a charge number for marketing so if you're willing to sit through a brief PowerPoint presentation on Business Intelligence I may be able to make the trip during the week.

I'm willing to play all of the above. I've only played a couple of the ones you've listed. Espana 1936 looks excellent, but I'll have to pre-read the rules if I make the trip.

Hey guys,

I'd really like to go but it's looking bad as there's a wedding that weekend of a good friend of mine. So I'm locked into that...

But maybe I can work out heading up Thurs after work and taking off Friday...

Anyone got a room? And could I possibly stay a night?

I think I'm banned from Maryland and specifically Euroquest after my last visit. Not unjustly so though...

I just had a deadline at work land on top of these dates, but I may be able to make it an evening or two. Thursday evening is likely my best bet, maybe Friday as well. I'll keep you informed.

As usual, having a job is a bit of a hassle.

Sag: If you skip the Naval rules, Espana 1936 will take about 10 minutes to learn. I'd also take that BI briefing. It'd be useful for my life as a proposal manager ;-)

Pete: I'm hoping to come up for several of those days but I'm up to my nuts in work so it's going to be a last-minute decision on Friday and/or Saturday. I'd really like to try MEQ and/or Chaos in the Old World. TI3 is also on my "love to play" but I've never played before and you folks ain't got no use for n00bs...

I will be attending on Thursday. I plan to bug out of work here in Baltimore at about 2pm and head up, and stay late into the evening. If you have something in particular you think we'll go after that evening let me know and I'll try to scare up the rules ahead of time. I just read Starcrafts, War of the Ring and MEQ are big enough that I should probably prep ahead of time. The others I know already or are pretty straightforward.

I'd like to get a play of Espana 1936 in someday, but since I'm interloping for just one evening I'm not going to be picky.
