I feel kind of guilty for refusing, but it did just sell on BGG.

I still have a very high opinion of AOW, and I think it's the best thing Mantic's done. My main issue is that I can't keep up and it bothers me. That combined with needing space means I had to make the tough decision.

I'll let you know I decide to go that low with Champions. At this time I'd rather Ebay it as the set is about $150 MSRP of stuff.

Man, Champions DOES NOT sell on eBay. Even though the game seems to have popularity/sales, the aftermarket isn’t there. If you do go eBay, try singles. It’s a hassle, but you’ll probably do better than I did with my lot.

Not to critique your for sale list (sell whatever you want, of course)--but I was a little surprised by TMNT. Just curious--are you getting back into the current KS? Or just took up too much space?

I sold it with the intention of backing the current Kickstarter. But wow, I'm not ponying up $250 + shipping. That's a little outrageous if you ask me and I'm surprised it funded.

I'll either try and get a review copy or buy the base sets and maybe expansions at retail.

Agreed. I bought the Works at retail ( on sale but still a big investment), and mostly because the Mouser scenario has supposed to support solo, with the promise of a full co-op expansion some time in the future.

I've never been more bummed by a KS announcement. I get that they have to update and streamline, and that a lot had been added--but dang, the price, the hostage holding of the stretch goals, and the total lack of upgrade path for original owners really rankles.

I can't justify the huge outlay for this game, and more likely can't sell The Works at any sort of reasonable price. Guess I'm stuck in the Shadows of the Past...

Charlie, I have the core Codex. What colors are you selling? Do they have the books?

No books. I'd have to check which colors but it's basically the two retail expansion boxes that each have two colors, along with the core.

I'm pretty sure that would be all colors then since I think there were 6 in the full, ridiculously priced set. I will think about this one.
